Dhaka, Aug. 2 -- BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on Friday said they would not allow looters, extortionists and the fascists to return to the country's power.

"We have temporarily been freed from the grip of terrible fascism. This freedom will only be complete when we can politically eliminate them entirely," he said.

Mirza Fakhrul said, "Those who loot, who plunder banks, who engage in extortion, who grab people's property-there will be no compromise with them. We will never accept them, and we will not allow them to come to the forefront under any circumstances."
