Dhaka, Sept. 26 -- BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi has said, We were facing death, and this is evident from Sheikh Hasina's call record.

He made the remarks on Thursday while responding to journalists' questions at the party's central office in Nayapaltan.

Rizvi said, Sheikh Hasina was directly giving instructions to open fire, and the evidence-including documents and clips of telephone conversations-that was presented yesterday at the International Crimes Tribunal, would send shivers down the spine of anyone who hears it. Those of us who fought, struggled, and engaged in politics for democracy were each facing death.
