Dhaka, Feb. 11 -- World Bank (WB) Vice President (VP) Martin Raiser has reiterated the World Bank's commitment to supporting the reform initiatives of Bangladesh's interim government.
He made these remarks during the meeting with Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus held at the State guest house Jamuna on Tuesday.
The vice president said, "The World Bank is supporting Bangladesh with a range of urgent reforms to improve transparency and governance, including in tax policy and administration, public procurement, and statistics.
