A valiant Freedom Fighter (FF) Sakhina Begum during the 1971, Liberation War, passed away in Kishoreganj 's Nikli haor upazila on Tuesday morning at the age of 93.
Sakina Begum had been suffering from old age complications for a long time. She was one of the women who set a shining example of bravery by fighting bravely on the battlefield during the Liberation War in 1971. During the war, she killed five Razakars.
Sakhina Begum was born at Gurui village in Nikli upazila, a haor-dominated area of Kishoreganj. Her father's name was Sonafor Mia and her mother's name was Dukhi Bibi. Sakhina was childless. Her husband Kitab Ali died before the Liberation War. Her namaz-e-janaza was held at G...
