Dhaka, Sept. 16 -- The 25th Annual General Meeting of Union Insurance Co. Ltd. held on Sunday. The AGM is presided over by the Chairman of the Company Mohammed Hasmot Ali.

After AGM the 152th Board of Directors Meeting was held at head office in the capital.
