Dhaka, Jan. 29 -- Home Affairs Adviser Lt Gen (Retd) Md Jahangir Alam Chowdhury has announced that discussions will take place regarding all types of unequal agreements made with India during the Awami League government's tenure.
He made these remarks on Wednesday during a press briefing on the upcoming border conference between the chiefs of the Border Guard Bangladesh and India's Border Security Force in the conference room of the Ministry of Home Affairs at the Secretariat.
Highlighting the alarming issue of Phensedyl production, he said, "They manufacture Phensedyl and smuggle it into Bangladesh. Although they claim to produce it as medicine, it is actually made as a narcotic."
