Dhaka, Oct. 31 -- A high-level two-day workshop titled "Competency Based Interview (CBI) Development and Strategic Action Framework for BPSC" was held from October 31 to November 1, 2025, at the Nazimgarh Wilderness Resort in Lalakhal, Sylhet, under the initiative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
The workshop was attended by senior officials including the Chairman of Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC), Prof. Dr. Mobasser Monem, along with other commission members and Secretary Md. Abdur Rahman Tarafder.
