Dhaka, March 5 -- Due to unavoidable reasons, two listed companies in stock market have changed the date of holding their AGM. The companies are Envoy Textiles Limited and Delta Brack Housing (DBH) Finance Corporation Limited, DSE sources said.
The date of 28th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of listed textile company Envoy Textiles Limited will be held on 28 March instead of 13 March, 2024.
New venue for the AGM is Gulshan Shooting Club in Gulshan Avenue.
Meanwhile, Delta Brack Housing (DBH) Finance Corporation Limited has also announced the shifted board meeting date. The board meeting of the company will be held on 11 March.
