Dhaka, April 25 -- The 12th anniversary of the Rana Plaza collapse-the deadliest industrial disaster in Bangladesh's readymade garment (RMG) sector-is being observed on Thursday. Various rights organizations, workers' groups, and left-leaning political parties, including the Rana Plaza Survivors' Association, have organized events to honor the memory of those who lost their lives in the tragedy. On Wednesday evening, workers and activists lit candles at the Savar Bus Stand in remembrance of the victims.
