Dhaka, Sept. 14 -- The curtain is set to rise on the National Cricket League (NCL) T20 today, but ahead of the competition, the trophy unveiling ceremony took place today in Bogura. Surprisingly, only four of the eight team captains were present, raising questions about the absence of the others.

The tournament will be held in three venues-Rajshahi, Bogura and Sylhet-with the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium hosting the final on October 3.

The seven divisions of the country and Dhaka Metro will take part in the tournament for the coveted trophy.

Rajshahi will take on Dhaka Metro at Rajshahi Stadium while Sylhet will face off Rangpur at Bogura Stadium on September 14 to kick off the tournament.
