Dhaka, Sept. 27 -- The Fulbright Specialist Programme of The U.S. Department of States and Bangladesh Maritime University (BMU) jointly organized Fulbright Specialist Programme titled "Smart Port Management: Empowering Economic Prosperity with AI Bootcamp".

The programme held at BMU from 31 Aug to 25 Sep 2025. The training course was designed and executed by the collaboration with U.S.A Embassy in Bangladesh and Institutional Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the University.

The resource person of the programme was the Fulbright Program Specialist of the U.S. Department of State Dr. Burak Cankaya, Associate Professor, Department of Decision Sciences and Analytics, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, USA.
