Dhaka, Oct. 28 -- Bangladesh Women's team finished seventh in the ICC Women's World Cup (WC) after their final match against hosts India was abandoned due to persistent rain at Dr DY Patil Cricket Academy in Navi Mumbai on Monday.The rain halted the game twice forcing it to be a 27-over match.

Bangladesh which were sent to bat first managed to put up 119-9 and India were 57 without loss in 8.4 overs in pursuit of an adjusted target of 126 before rain arrived for the third time to finally called off the game.
