Dhaka, July 10 -- Bangladesh Cricket team will face Sri Lanka Cricket team in their first Twenty20 International (T20I) match at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Sri Lanka today. The match will begin at 7:30pm (Bangladesh Standard Time). Litton Das will lead the Tigers as the captain, while Charith Asalanka will lead the hosts as the captain.
The game will be aired by private satellite channel Nagorik TV and private satellite sports channel T Sports.
Before today's match, the Tigers and the Islanders faced each other in 17 T20I matches. Of them, Bangladesh won six games, while Sri Lanka recorded 11 victories.
Bangladesh lost in their last five matches in T20I. They tasted 1-2 defeat to the United Arab Emirates in UAE in May. ...
