Dhaka, Aug. 9 -- Police have arrested three additional suspects in connection with the killing of journalist Asaduzzaman Tuhin in Gazipur. The arrests were made during raids conducted by Gazipur Metropolitan Police in different areas on Friday night (August 8).

The detainees are Shahjalal, 25, son of Hanif Mia from Anantapur in Homna upazila of Cumilla; Md Foysal Hasan, 23, son of Kiamuddin Hasan from Panchbariya in Pabna; and another suspect named Suman, who was caught with a machete and a switchgear knife. According to police, all three were directly involved in Tuhin's murder.
