Dhaka, Nov. 26 -- Bollywood's legendary actor Dharmendra passed away on November 24 after suffering a heart attack. Amitabh Bachchan is left in a deep void with the passing of his dear friend.

After attending his friend's last rites, 'Big B' expressed his condolences on social media last night.

Amitabh is feeling a strange emptiness after losing his longtime friend Dharmendra.

He wrote, "A strange emptiness! The air around him has diminished." In his words, "Another pillar has bid farewell forever, leaving the stage of life.

He has created a deep silence amidst the countless noises. This void cannot be filled."
