Dhaka, Dec. 13 -- People in Tetulia, the northernmost upazila of Panchagarh, continue to struggle with cold mornings followed by relatively warm afternoons.
Meteorologists caution that these abrupt temperature shifts may further heighten public discomfort in the coming days.
