Dhaka, Aug. 31 -- BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman has pledged to build a safe and inclusive Bangladesh by upholding the rights and dignity of all communities across the country.

"BNP envisions the nation as a 'rainbow,' where every community strengthens unity through diversity. Our commitment is to ensure an inclusive Bangladesh where all people can live together in harmony," he said while virtually addressing a national conference of ethnic minority representatives in Mymensingh on Saturday.

Tarique reaffirmed that BNP is determined to protect the rights of people in both the hills and the plains, while preserving their languages, cultures, and traditions.
