Dhaka, April 24 -- Seven years after its inception, Sylhet Medical University is still struggling to carry out regular academic and administrative activities. The institution remains largely inactive, crippled by allegations of recruitment fraud and ongoing irregularities at its temporary campus.

These concerns were brought to light during a view-sharing session titled "Current Context of Sylhet Medical University and Future Actions", held on Wednesday morning (April 23) at the Medical Education Unit Auditorium of Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College.
