Dhaka, April 9 -- Swapnojatra - a voluntary organisation - hosted its annual meeting at Patkelpota Government Primary School in Soladana Union, Paikgachha Upazila, Khulna. During the event, the group distributed food packages to underprivileged families across the union in celebration of Eid and also provided auto-vans to support families in achieving self-reliance.
The way they chose the beneficiaries was honest and different. First, families from six villages were asked to apply. Then, detailed information about each family was collected using a special survey form. After that, a jury team from the organisation carefully studied the data and fairly selected the most deserving families, read a press release issued March 31.
