Dhaka, Feb. 7 -- The Shahjalal University Press Club, the association of journalists at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), elected its 20th executive committee on Thursday.
Jubiadul Haque Robin, SUST correspondent of Daily Jugantor and Naeem Ahmed Shuvo, correspondent of Daily Manabzamin, were elected as president and secretary, respectively.
The Elections were held at the press club office from 11am to 12.30pm on Thursday. The chief election commissioner of the university's press club Professor Dr Engineer Mohammad Iqbal of the Industrial and Production Engineering Department. He announced the results at 3pm.
