Dhaka, Jan. 23 -- Vice-Chancellor (VC) of Dhaka University (DU) Dr Md Akhtaruzzaman urged the students to respect each other to establish peace and harmony in the society.
Terming the campus as a nurturing center of religious, cultural, non-communal and humanitarian values, he said students must equip themselves with these values.
Akhtaruzzaman said these on Tuesday while addressing the orientation programme of first- year students of different departments under Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Fine Art of DU at the TSC auditorium organised by Students' Counseling and Guidance Office.
Congratulating the students, the VC hoped that they would overcome all challenges including financial one and be successful in their future life. The ...
