Dhaka, Sept. 1 -- University life is often seen as a time of freedom and learning, but for many students it is full of stress. A study says that almost 90 per cent of university students are under mental pressure.
The main reasons are heavy study load, family expectations, money problems, and fear about what will happen in the future. These pressures slowly harm both their mind and their daily life.
It is not only about exams or grades. Many students feel anxious, lonely, and even hopeless. But they do not share their feelings with others, because in our society mental health is not discussed openly. This silence makes their situation even worse.
