Dhaka, Feb. 13 -- All coaching centres in Bangladesh will be closed from Tuesday to conduct this year's Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations smoothly.
SSC and equivalent examinations will begin on Thursday across Bangladesh.
All coaching centres will be closed till March 12 to conduct the examination properly.The decision was taken at a meeting on January 28.
This year, a total of 2,024,192 examinees will appear in the examinations from 29,735 educational institutions at 3,700 centres, he said while talking to reporters after a meeting over ensuring fair and copying-free environment during the examinations.
