Dhaka, April 8 -- A protest and solidarity rally was held in protest of the barbaric attack by the Israeli forces in Gaza, Palestine. On Monday morning, a protest procession was taken out from the Independence Memorial Ground of Begum Rokeya University (BRU) under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Shawkat Ali. The procession circled the main gate of the university, the park intersection, Shaheed Abu SayeedChattar, Shaheed Abu Sayeed Gate and came to the rally at the Independence Memorial Ground.Teachers, students, officers and employees of various departments of the university participated in the solidarity rally.
