Dhaka, Sept. 19 -- Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir and Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) yesterday separately announced their full panels for the upcoming Chittagong University Central Students' Union (Cucsu) election, slated for 12 October, intensifying the run-up to the long-awaited polls.Shibir declared its 21-member panel under the banner Shampritir Shikkharthi Jote at around 2:30pm on the university campus. Ibrahim Hossain Roni, a history student from the 2017-18 session, has been nominated for vice-president (VP), while Sayed Bin Habib (History, 2019-20) and Sajjad Hossain Munna (Finance, 2019-20) will contest for the posts of general secretary (GS) and assistant general secretary respectively.
