Dhaka, Dec. 11 -- Dhaka Capitals have added another foreign player to bolster their squad ahead of the upcoming Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). The franchise announced the signing on their official Facebook page on Wednesday.

Afghan pacer Zia Sharifi is set to don Dhaka's jersey this season.

He made an impressive impact in his debut Test against Zimbabwe, where he claimed 7 wickets. Sharifi has also played one T20 International for Afghanistan. Across 31 T20 matches in his career, he has taken a total of 37 wickets.
