Dhaka, Aug. 18 -- Sathira Jakir Jessy is on the way to history as she will act as an umpire in the upcoming ICC ODI World Cup. She is the first Bangladeshi female umpire, who is going to earn the feat. Though she did not get official announcement from International Cricket Council (ICC), the highest body of world cricket but she has got green signal from ICC.
