Dhaka, Dec. 13 -- RFL, one of the country's leading business conglomerates, has begun exporting various types of bags to the United States.

The first consignment was recently shipped from the group's factory in Gangachara, Rangpur. RFL bags are now exported to 10 countries, including Canada, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Germany, Korea and Australia.

RN Paul, Managing Director of RFL Group, said that entering one of the world's largest and most competitive markets is "a matter of great honour and pride".

He added that the milestone strengthens both RFL's global position and Bangladesh's industrial footprint.
