Dhaka, Sept. 25 -- Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has urged city residents to provide information if leaders and activists of the banned political party Awami League are found staying in residential hotels, flats, or student dormitories. Police have assured that the identities of informants will remain confidential.
The appeal came on Wednesday afternoon at a press briefing at the DMP Media Centre, where Additional Police Commissioner (Crime and Operations) S.N. Md.
