Dhaka, Sept. 6 -- On the holy occasion of 12th Rabiul Awal and Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (PBUH), a grand Jashne Julus procession was organized in the capital Dhaka, as in previous years. The event was led by Anjumane Rahmaniya Mainiya Maizbhandaria President and BSP Chairman, Dr. Syed Saifuddin Ahmad Maizbhandari, with the participation of hundreds of thousands of Sufi devotees.

On Saturday (September 6), the colorful procession started from the western side of the historic Suhrawardy Udyan, paraded through Doel Chattar, Shikkha Bhaban, and Kadam Fountain roads, and returned to the venue through the western gate to join the Shanti Mahasammelan (Grand Peace Gathering).
