Dhaka, Aug. 10 -- A news published in The New Nation on August 7, 'Home coming turns tragic in Noakhali crash', is heart wrenching and unbearable.
It said that seven people of a family died when the microbus in which they were travelling fell in a road side canal.
The family had travelled to Dhaka to receive Bahar Uddin who was returning home from Oman after three years.
We do not know what to say to Bahar Uddin, we can only pray to Almighty Allah to give him solace in this tragic situation.
A great number of people are losing their lives in road accidents and it is getting worse day by day, concrete steps must be taken to combat it.
We urge the concerned authority to take it seriously and do whatever is needed to stop this.
