Dhaka, Aug. 14 -- The Supreme Court has ordered that dogs must be removed from the streets of Delhi. They must be relocated to designated shelters.

Since this ruling was announced, it has stirred reactions among animal lovers. Expressing her anger, Bollywood actress Raveena said, if the infrastructure had been adequate, such a decision would not have been necessary.

She blamed the local administration for the current condition of stray dogs and stressed the immediate need for their sterilization.
