Dhaka, Jan. 18 -- Speakers at a programme said branch level officials and employees of Rajshahi Krishi Unnayan Bank (RAKUB) should be committed to uphold transparency and accountability in banking activities for ensuring farmers-friendly banking.
The board of directors of the bank made these observations while taking part in the discussion of RAKUB's 509th board meeting on Thursday with Chairman Nazrul Islam in the chair.
RAKUB is operating its activities as the largest development partner in all the 16 northwest districts of Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions targeting agricultural sector and all its sub-sectors.
