Dhaka, April 23 -- Chief Advisor Muhammad Yunus has called on Qatar to play a pivotal role in addressing the Rohingya crisis by mobilizing the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) to support the repatriation of forcibly displaced Rohingya refugees currently sheltering in Bangladesh.

Speaking at a roundtable discussion during the Earthna Summit in Doha on Wednesday, Yunus emphasized Qatar's potential to lead diplomatic efforts in the current global geopolitical and geostrategic climate.
