Dhaka, Sept. 10 -- The Central Intelligence Cell (CIC) of the National Board of Revenue (NBR) seized a bank locker belonging to ousted prime minister Sheikh Hasina today, 10 September, after her withdrawal from the country during the 2024 July Uprising. A senior CIC official, who spoke on condition of anonymity, told The Business Standard that locker number 128 is located at Pubali Bank's Motijheel corporate branch. The contents of the locker will be examined through official legal channels.
