Dhaka, April 9 -- The Bangladesh Public Service Commission (PSC) celebrated its 53rd founding anniversary on Tuesday with a renewed pledge to ensure transparency, merit-based recruitment, and service excellence in the public sector.
Prof Dr Mobasser Monem, Chairman of the PSC, formally inaugurated the anniversary celebrations at the Commission's headquarters in Dhaka. Senior officials, former PSC members, civil servants, and representatives from various ministries attended the event.
Dr Monem emphasised the Commission's evolving role in shaping a dynamic and competent civil administration. "Over the past five decades, the PSC has remained steadfast in upholding merit, fairness, and transparency in public recruitment.
