Dhaka, Sept. 28 -- A sit-in strike program has been held in Kulaura, Moulvibazar, to implement the ongoing eight-point demand of Sylhet train passengers.
The 8-point demand implementation movement was held at the junction station platform under the banner of Kulaura.
Hundreds of people from different walks of life in the upazila participated in the strike program from 11 am to 12:30 pm on Saturday, September 27.
During this time, the intercity Paharika Express train bound for Chittagong, departing from Sylhet, was held up for about half an hour by the agitators.
