Dhaka, Nov. 13 -- Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus is set to address the nation today afternoon, amid rising tensions among political parties over the upcoming national election, the legal status of the July Charter, and the proposed referendum.

According to a statement from the Chief Adviser's Press Wing, his speech will be broadcast live on Bangladesh Television (BTV), BTV News, and BTV World.

Sources said the Advisory Council will hold its regular weekly meeting tomorrow morning, with the implementation of the July Charter as the top agenda item.

Yunus is expected to discuss boththe charter's implementation and the referendum in his address.
