Bangladesh, Feb. 18 -- A preparatory meeting organized by the district administration was held in Narayanganj to mark Shaheed Day and International Mother Language Day 2026. The meeting took place on Tuesday at 11:00 am in the conference room of the Deputy Commissioner's office.

At the meeting, several programs were finalized to ensure the proper observance of February 21. As part of the schedule, the Deputy Commissioner will lay a wreath at the Narayanganj Central Shaheed Minar at 12:01 am on February 20. Special prayers and supplications will be offered in all mosques after Fajr prayers on February 21, seeking eternal peace for the souls of the martyrs.
