Dhaka, Dec. 7 -- A special prayer and Milad ceremony was held in Tetulia, Panchagarh, for the recovery and well-being of BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia.
The event was organised by Ward No. 1 of BNP at the premises of Shivchandi Primary School ground in Debnagar Union, Tetulia Upazila, to pray for the health of Begum Khaleda Zia. The Milad ceremony took place on Friday after Asr prayers.
Among those present were Rezaul Karim Shahin, General Secretary of Tetulia Upazila BNP; Masud Rana, President of Debnagar Union BNP; Babul Hossain, Student and Affairs Secretary of Debnagar Union BNP; local dignitaries; and respected Islamic scholars.
