Dhaka, June 24 -- A ceasefire between Israel and Iran is 'now in effect', US President Donald Trump has announced, urging both nations to honour the agreement. "Please do not violate it!" Trump stated emphatically on Tuesday, following a period of heightened conflict that rattled the region. The ceasefire, announced by Trump several hours ago, has yet to receive an official response from Israel. Iran, on the other hand, has said it will only halt its attacks if Israel does the same.
