Dhaka, March 21 -- Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr Shafiqur Rahman said on Friday that the people of Bangladesh will not tolerate any efforts to rehabilitate the Awami League (AL).
In a Facebook post, the Jamaat leader wrote that Bangladesh is passing through a critical juncture in its history.
"After a long period of fascist rule, the nation received a new Bangladesh as a gift from Almighty Allah on July 36, 2024. For this, we offer countless thanks to our Almighty Allah," he added, reports UNB.
He also claimed that the fallen fascists, both inside and outside, are trying to destabilise the nation.
