Dhaka, Nov. 23 -- The National Citizens' Party (NCP) on Saturday organised a mass rally in Dhaka demanding the immediate execution of the court verdict against those convicted for the July killings and calling for legal action against the Awami League and its former alliance partners as political entities.

Thousands of party activists joined the gathering, which added fresh momentum to ongoing calls for accountability following the political upheaval of recent months.

The rally began shortly after 4:00pm near the Eskaton Garden Road intersection, led by NCP convener Nahid Islam.
