Dhaka, July 18 -- Religious Affairs Adviser Dr. AFM Khalid Hossain has emphasised on the strong implementation of a people-friendly administration in accelerating the state development at the Satkania Upazila Complex in Chattogram, according to a ministry release issued on Wednesday.
