Many aspiring models and actresses often fall victim to sexual harassment under the guise of work opportunities.

Recently, former Tollywood commercial film regular Paayel Sarkar opened up about her own experience with the casting couch.

In a podcast, Paayel said, "A producer from our industry demanded certain favors from me."

The host then asked clearly-"Sexual favors?" Without any hesitation, Payel replied, "Yes, that's what it was."

Paayel revealed that this happened during a difficult phase of her career. The producer took advantage of that situation.
