Dhaka, Nov. 5 -- Chattagram City Corporation (CCC) Mayor Dr. Shahadat Hossain inaugurated the Char Rangamatia and Osmania PC Girder Bridges, constructed to accelerate the activities of Kalurghat, an important economic and industrial area of the city.
A total of 6.5 crore taka has been spent on the construction of the bridge and connecting roads.
While inaugurating the bridge in Mohra Ward No. 5 on Monday the Mayor said, "This Osmania Girder Bridge is one of the biggest achievements of my one-year development activities as Mayor of CCC.
Currently, development work worth about 100 crore taka is underway in this area. I would also like to share some good news for the people of Chattagram.
