Dhaka, Oct. 31 -- A "One-Taka Bazar" programme was held in front of the Hasanpur Board Office of Anandapur Union in Fulgazi Upazila of Feni on Thursday to mark the 47th founding anniversary of the Jatiyatabadi Jubo Dal.
The initiative of this programme was taken by Saifuddin Chowdhury Babu, Vice President of the District Chhatra Dal. Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP).
Fulgazi Upazila Convener VP Fakhrul Alam Swapan was present as the chief guest at the time.
Daily essential goods were distributed among the poor and helpless people at symbolic prices at the program. Local leaders and activists praised this initiative as humane and timely.
