Dhaka, Aug. 28 -- On the eighth anniversary of the mass atrocities committed against the Rohingya Muslim minority in Myanmar's Rakhine state, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) reiterates its unwavering support for the Rohingya people and reaffirms its steadfast commitment to justice, accountability, and the protection of human rights.

The OIC in a statement on Tuesday stands in solidarity with the Rohingya Muslims, who continue to face persecution, statelessness, and forced displacement.
