Dhaka, April 5 -- Chief Adviser's Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam on Saturday said the current government is highly business-friendly and assured that measures would be taken to increase Bangladesh's exports to the United States (US).
He made these remarks to the media in front of the State Guest House Jamuna on Saturday evening, where he shared updates regarding the government's stance on the newly announced US tariff rates.
The press secretary said, "We will take actions that will lead to an increase in exports, not a decrease. I can confidently say that Bangladesh's exports to the US will grow, not shrink. This decision will be finalised in the upcoming meeting.
