Dhaka, Sept. 8 -- The Khulna Metropolitan Branch of the Safe Roads Association (NISCHA) held a symbolic protest by releasing fish on the Khulna-Satkhira highway demanding repair of the dilapidated road.
The program was held on the road in front of the Bangladesh Open University Khulna Regional Center adjacent to Zero Point on Saturday.
The programme was attended by the chief, Metropolitan Environment Adviser and Professor of English Discipline at Khulna University (KHU).
The program was moderated by Mahbubur Rahman Munnar, General Secretary of the Khulna Metropolitan Branch of the Safe Roads Association (NISCHA) and chaired by the organization's President Sheikh Md. Nasir Uddin.
